Some terms used in this Policy are:
"Advertiser" - which means a person or organization that has entered into an agreement with KoolKidStuff.com and markets products or services off of our sites.
"Cookies" - which are small pieces of information that are stored by an Internet User's browser on the Internet User's hard drive.
Collection of Data
For each visitor to a KoolKidStuff.com Web site, the visitor's computer reaches us via a particular IP, (Internet Protocol), address. KoolKidStuff.com's servers automatically collect this IP address. If an Advertiser has been given permission by an Internet User to record personally identifiable Internet User transaction data (e.g. through rewards membership programs), the anonymous Internet User transaction data may be coded by the Advertuser to enable the Advertiser to generate personally identifiable Internet User transaction data. Under the foregoing circumstances, the information remains anonymous to KoolKidStuff.com.
Advertiser Web Sites & E-mails
Although KoolKidStuff.com requires Advertisers to adhere to Good Business Practices as a condition to appearing on our sites, KoolKidStuff.com is not responsible for the information practices of Advertisers. Advertisers may collect information from or about Internet Users, including personal information. The collection, use, and disclosure of information by Advertisers are subject to their respective privacy policies, which may differ from KoolKidStuff.com's Privacy Policy.
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998
COPPA.
KoolKidStuff.com complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. Advertisers on our sites are also obligated to comply with COPPA.
If you inform KoolKidStuff.com that KoolKidStuff.com has collected or received information from a child under 18, KoolKidStuff.com will delete such information immediately from its databases. No KoolKidStuff.com Web Site other than "KoolKidStuff" is specifically directed to children under 18.
